"YASAI"

 Kyoyasai(Kyoto begetables)do not have the proper definition.
It can be said that all vegetables produced in Kyoto are all Kyoyasai.
However, there are various vegetavles which have been maintained in Kyoto from ald time.
Thre are traditional vegetables and begetables that recognized as Kyoto brand in particular in those bagetables. Thre are more than 40 items in traditional, and brand Kyoyasai.
